“While the whole Bhudda statue experience is fantastic and well worth the visit, it is unfortunate that the appointed tour operator Liuda Tours, failed to send the correct voucher. “This was an amazing experience, and a well worth day out! what I would say though is that the que to retrieve the tickets is unbelievably long and you’ll need to allow at least a hour for this, there are 3 separate lines at all filter to the same place and is hugely inefficient. This is no fault of the trip provider but it is something to be aware of as you could easily miss the guided tour if enough time is not allowed for this part. Also the food vouchers are a waste of time and literally don’t cover anything so you’ll have to be prepared to add to…”

“The whole trip was amazing and our guide Simon was very organised and helpful. The Big Buddha and Tai O fishing village with boat ride (optional but recommend to do this to get a proper insight into the fishing community) were the high lights. Slight confusion at the end of tour as we were dropped back in the city not really knowing how to get back to our hotel. Simon did try to advise but we ended up getting a taxi from the nearest hotel which was the simplest option.”
